The Bellino Drive Residence is a prime example of sustainability-focused design. The design philosophy prioritizes the harmonious relationship between the built structure and the natural environment, incorporating passive design strategies to ensure high performance.

The home boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the Santa Monica mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The dichotomous façade features an opaque, understated front façade for privacy, while the back opens to nature and its external spaces. Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the stunning view through the central skylight and the landscape beyond.

We carved a basement out and lowered it partially in the ground to allow for car access to the garage and views of the surrounding landscape. The side walls of the basement were brought in to omit shoring on the site allowing the upper level to cantilever off the basement and the ground, creating a hovering aesthetic for the main level.  Every room has a dialogue with nature, emphasizing the strong connection between the home and its surrounding environment.

The Bellino Drive Residence is a testament to our commitment to designing sustainable, personalized homes that connect to nature and reflect our client's lifestyles.
