In many ways commercial architecture is as much a part of a company’s branding as its logo. The way in which people interact with and experience a space has a profound impact on the way they view that company as a whole. Johnny Was is an international fashion brand specializing in clothing that is an ecclectic blend of modern and bohemian style. Our designs for Johnny Was retail stores nationwide seeks a similar balance. The sharp lines and sleek textures of glass and steel are balanced by the rough, natural character of wood surfaces. Each Johnny Was store has its own unique character and identity, while still retaining common elements which link each store; creating spaces which simultaneously enhances a customer’s experience while reinforcing their sense of the Johnny Was brand.
