The design of the MO headquarters in Santa Monica, CA combines artistic, engineering, and nature-inspired elements to reflect the company's values and branding image. The design process involved exploring colors, spaces, and structure through paintings and axonometric drawings, resulting in a seamless overall composition with a cohesive tectonic relationship between 2-Dimensional image and 3-Dimensional object. The construction will utilize concrete masonry units and recycled timber as the primary materials and incorporate passive design strategies and wellness initiatives to optimize energy efficiency and promote a healthy work environment.
