Sweetfin Poké is a healthy, chef-driven, Hawaiian-inspired restaurant that prides itself on serving the freshest local ingredients. Our designs strive to create spaces that employ spatial and material intelligence synonymous with the brand's identity and vision. As a result, every Sweetfin Poké restaurant has its character and identity while retaining common elements that enhance a customer's dining experience while reinforcing their sense of the Sweetfin brand.
