The Weintraub Real Estate Group (WREG) headquarters was a challenging renovation project that transformed a seafood restaurant into a functional and contemporary office space. In collaboration with WREG and Demos Development, the interior design focused on practicality and efficiency, utilizing modern materials such as soft textures, textured glass, and exposed wood. The client's art collection enhanced the space and gave it a personal touch. The existing building envelope was preserved, and a unique solution was found in the form of a roof deck, which provides breathtaking views of Pacific Coast Highway and the beach and connects the office spaces and the surroundings. The interior layout was completely redesigned to meet the needs of the real estate group, with a focus on maximizing natural light, controlling sound, and creating a functional workspace with private offices and open areas for collaboration. The result is a functional and aesthetically pleasing office space that perfectly embodies the spirit of the Weintraub Real Estate Group.
